This council needs to start putting the environment first – lest koalas will be gone within a decade. The scientific research shows that koala numbers are plummeting at a dramatic rate, and are now on the brink of being unsustainable. The Toondah Harbour colony that is currently being monitored must be protected. Toondah harbour – RAMSAR wetlands, must be protected. It is time for the council to stand up and show they really care about the Redlands natural flora and fauna.
